Activating Your Account
Our billing and electronic medical records system has changed, and we have introduced a new patient scheduler. Existing patients who have not been seen since July 16th need to contact the clinic by text, email, or phone so your account can be activated in the new system. Once activated, you will be able to utilize the new scheduler with ease.
